For USA, Australia and Canada orders: Standard shipping takes 4-7 business days.
Express shipping takes 1-2 business days.
For Europe orders: Standard shipping takes 3-6 business days.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is free in the EU & USA on all orders above $75.
For all other shipping costs, please proceed to checkout.

Do I pay customs fee?
Please be informed that some countries may incur import taxes/fees. This is due to your country's regulations & laws and we absolutely have no control over this. Buyers are responsible for any customs or tax fee that may occur.
USA orders don't pay any customs or tax fee.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
Yes. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an exchange.

What kind of leather do you use on your products?
We handpick top quality full grain cowhide that smells beautiful, will last a life time and will age beautifully.
How do I return my product?
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at lwaleather@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason for return.

How do I care for my product?
LWA Leather pieces are handmade using quality leather, and with the right care they will age beautifully over time. Keep your product away from excessive water, direct heat, and prolonged sunlight. If it gets wet, gently pat dry with a soft cloth and let it air dry naturally (do not use a hairdryer or radiator). For regular maintenance, wipe with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth and condition the leather occasionally with a leather conditioner suitable for your leather type. Store your item in a dust bag or a cool, dry place when not in use, and avoid overfilling to help maintain its shape.
