The leather pipe roll-up bag is greatly made and hand-crafted indeed. I have just received it in the mail today. Been testing it out by rolling up my pipe and tools to break in the leather. so when the time comes for me to use it will be ready for a future trip or day out on the town with fellow pipers. I'm very happy with my purchase. The Tray and Stand are also built to last and have great quality can't wait to use them this summer because winter has me staying indoors where I will not somke in my own home. But when Spring comes on its way I'll be happy to give them a try.
Product is well made. Product arrived extremely quickly for international shipping; approx 7-10 days from ordering even over holidays. Seller was very responsive and answered my questions. They even updated me directly about shipping without me asking. Love this beautiful addition to my collection.
If I'm not to appreciate the pristine quality leather this is made of or how authentic it smells! Then I ought to admire the craftsmanship and the passion crafted with this piece of art. Absolutely ingenious, and exactly what I needed and expected to be when delivered.
The leather is beautiful and the quality of the craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations! I love it! Totally worth the price, it is an heirloom piece I will be able to pass down along with my pipes. Thank you.
This dual-pipe roll is an exceptional piece of craftsmanship, evidently produced by highly skilled artisans with extensive expertise in this field. I highly recommend these pipe rolls and am confident they will meet your expectations.
Outstanding customer service!!! The product is exactly what I was looking for to protect my pipes and store all of the extra items needed. Glad I ordered from them.
Everything about this item is great!! I haven't had to use customer service, but I gave them 5 stars because all the other experiences are excellent, no reason for CS to be any different.
Beautiful! It's so well made and the shipping was on time, which for the holidays was way faster than I was expecting. My friend loved it and moved everything into it right away.
The product is beautiful, but one of the snaps is a little bent and won't snap. Also, the product was not personalized as requested on the order. Overall the one snap is not a deal breaker. Shipping was ridiculously fast.
Absolutely delighted with the exceptional pipe case! The level of customer service provided was nothing short of outstanding. The seller not only met but exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond to provide me with more than I had initially requested. I am truly grateful for the exceptional experience. Thank you!
This item is well made and absolutely beautiful! The personalization is subtle and classy. My boyfriend was thrilled when he opened it on Christmas! Definitely recommend!
Purchased as a gift for someone in my family who enjoys smoking tobacco, but didn't have a convenient way to carry all their tobacco accoutrements. Now they do and they love it!
It is a beautiful piece. The pipes fit, but they are tight when full and it is a bit hard to roll up. I got the larger one for 3 pipes. I wish they had a bit more space between pipes as the bowls touch each other. The quality of the leather is nice, shipping was fast and the work looks good. Would purchase it again and recommend it.
